Soror Vanessa Bell Calloway
Soror Calloway returns for the third season of John Wells’ top-rated hour-long drama “Shameless” on Showtime. Slated to star in nearly half of this season’s episodes, Soror Calloway resumes her role as Carol, the mother of Veronica. She will also be featured in the season finale.
Soror Calloway will also appear in three upcoming feature films: “The Obama Effect,” “The Under Shepherd,” and “The Last Fall,” winner of the HBO Best Feature Film Award at the Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (2012).
Production is currently underway with “Shameless” is scheduled to return January 2013 on Showtime.
Soror Phylicia Rashad
Soror Rashad to appear in Tony nominee Kenny Leon’s remake of the 1989 emotional drama Steel Magnolias with an all star cast including Queen Latifah, Condola Rashad, Alfre Woodard, Jill Scott, and Adepero Oduye. The show has been confirmed to air on Lifetime this October 7th!
This film — originally starring Julia Roberts, Sally Fields, Dolly Parton, Shirly MacLaine, Daryl Hannah and Olympia Dukakis — centers around a group of Louisiana women who habitually come together at a local salon. The story explores the importance of friendship in the face of life’s great tragedies.

Soror Star Jones
Soror Jones joins Dylan Walsh, Nancy Grace, and Kim Kardashian in this week’s episode of “Drop Dead Diva.” It airs on August 26.
A summary of the episode, provided by Lifetime, is as follows:
Stacy is forced to find con artist Nikki LePree (Kim Kardashian) to back her up in court when someone claims the patent to the pake. Soror Jones will play Judge Grace Lyford, a federal judge presiding over Stacy’s (April Bowlby) patent lawsuit, eventually becoming personally involved. Finding her in jail under another name, Stacy and Grayson offer to keep Nikki’s identity secret in exchange for photos proving it was Stacy who invented the pake.
