Soror Lynn Whitfield teamed up with President Obama’s 2012 campaign in support of his re-election this November. Soror Lynn Whitfield is just one of the many celebrities to jump on the campaign trail including Morgan Freeman, Salma Hayek, Al Pacino, Soror Alicia Keys, and more.
Soror Lynn Whitfield recently visited a popular beauty salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, All Dolled Up Salons and Stores and Edna’s Soul Food Restaurant “Where Everyday is Sunday” in the same city.
Beauty shop event guest Linda Bailey said to a blog reporter,
“Meeting Lynn Whitfield was a great experience. She reminded us that we cannot procrastinate when it comes to voting. The election is in November and we need to be registered at least 29 days before. She talked about his health care initiatives and how it affects woman. She even mentioned wanting her 19 year old college daughter to be able to actually find a job when she graduates and that her own mother would actually be able to secure insurance despite a pre-existing medical condition. She brought the message home to the women in that shop, including myself.”
